Hi,
We are developing our app using flutter and we are currently implementing In app purchase. We have setup our products and prices on Apple store connect. All our products are subscription based with different prices (monthly and yearly). We have for example a monthly subscription offering a plan of 2 Children costing 13.49 $ and another one offering 3 children costing 17.49 $ per month.
Our concern is that when a user on a plan of 3 children wants to modify his subscription and go for a plan of 2 children, this should be a downgrading and as per Apple documentation, the new plan will be applied at the end of the current one.
But when testing our app, we noticed that apple is considering the operation I just explained as an upgrade, and is applying it immediately. We are confused are we missing something?

Hi,
We would like to know if there is a server to server notification available to alert us when a user cancels a product from the App Store. Thank you.
We are developing an iOS app using flutter. Our app is using in app purchase. While testing it after sometime we are not able to disable the automatic sign in. We want to change the signed user. Please can you help us how to do this?
We're using sandbox for testing auto renewing IAP but most of the time it's returning error saying 'Cannot connect to iTunes store'.
Payment was working before in sandbox, but for some reason it just stopped working.
Because of this issue, we cannot submit our app for approval.
We already posted this issue in the developer forum about this, but no clear response of the cause of the issue and the solution about it. We also noticed many developers posted the same issue, which you can see in this link: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/98763
We've been struggling with this issue more than 4 weeks ago and we are really stuck here, so we need your help as this is already causing delays on our client deliverables.
